Non-resident fees are currently $40 per year. A half year membership is $20. This fee entitles all family members to library privileges as well as computer use. Cards for all those over age 65, Plymouth taxpayers, and PSU students are always free, regardless of residency. Those who qualified for exempt status (60+) prior to August 1, 2006 will be grandfathered; their exempt status will remain in effect.
